This was my first experience with Gil's. I was recommended to Gil's by my son. I found the service to be excellent and the service personnel to be excellent as well. From making the appointment through picking up my vehicle the staff at Gil's was responsive, knowledgeable, and curteous. I took my vehicle to Gil's for its 120,000 mile maintenance. A shout out to Matt who made sure he knew exactly what I expected and also that I knew what was and wasn't needed. Another shout out to Holly who took my original order over the phone. She was very knowledgeable about my vehicle and its recommended maintenance per Subaru. My son's recommendation was spot on. My experience at Gil's far surpassed any experience I've had at other garages or dealerships. Bring your vehicle to Gil's.

Every year comes the NYSI, the team at Gils provides the best service to honestly inform you about the safety of your vehicle. This year I had a few things I requested to fix, A/C system check and drivetrain fluids to change too. Detailed records on my bill explained everything they did and what the noticed. I am grateful for their timely service, repair quotes and expert advice. When I can't fix it, Gils can and has done it right for years.

Just had a 150000 mile service done. Everything that needed to be done was done well. Know that when you bring your vehicle in there wont be any upsell and they wont do unnecessary work to make an extra buck.

An unusual problem in an unusual V10 engine. Gil's technicians found the problem and work arounds to the lack of parts availability. The car runs fine now.

Amazing staff. It was my 1st visit here and I was treated like I was there for my regular car service. They were upfront on pricing and called me immediately when there was something needed to be brought to my attention! This will most definitely be the place I bring any and every car I own.
