Gil’s identified a manufacture’s defect with the car’s engine, that was found to be covered in a extended warranty campaign. After verification Matt referred me to the manufacturer/dealer. The car is now going to receive a new engine under warranty. Thank you Matt!

Scheduled online for an inspection. Asked for an appointment to wait. The schedule gave me options, so I chose one of the options. Received a phone call back from Gil’s stating they didn’t have that appointment available. We rescheduled for a different date.
