Service was first class as usual. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Customers are always treated with respect. Before additional work is done an explanation and pricing is given so the customer has all the information to make a decision.

I can't say enough kind words about Gils. Their customer treatment, kindness, and fair play is demonstrated by everyone there. I wish all customers could experience the safety awareness, technical competence, and, courtesy as I have experienced. I have been a Gils customer since 1978 and think the world of their customer treatment. Thank you Gil's.

As usual outstanding service and communication from front desk to mechanics in the back. I had to unfortunately have my car towed from Gills to a KIA dealer.

My car would not start and AAA charged it and got it running but I felt it should be looked at since I didn't leave anything running to cause the problem. My car needed to be checked out due to not starting and AAA charged it but felt it should be looked at

If they had ten stars they would have won all ten . Fair prices , great caring staff and my car was as clean as it was when it went in there and in my case that means a lot. Thanks for your great service
