Scheduled online for an inspection. Asked for an appointment to wait. The schedule gave me options, so I chose one of the options. Received a phone call back from Gil’s stating they didn’t have that appointment available. We rescheduled for a different date. All went very well on the rescheduled appointment, just as one would expect. Thanks for the great service, Gil’s!

I told my neighbor I was frustrated with figuring out where to find a good and reputable mechanic shop. He responded "Gil's" in Burnt Hills. The shop previously could not diagnose my A/C problem but charged me $75 anyway. I took it Toyota and they said $150 over the phone and then said $345 when I brought the car in. Obviously, I left and literally called Gil's in their parking lot. Spoke to Jess, booked the appointment and I brought it in. We were quoted $86.99 and that was it. They diagnosed and fixed the car and delivered it on time. We would recommend Gil's to all. Very satisfied!! Gene & Laura
