I called to get a new tire. I was given a quote which was cheaper than one of the tire chain stores and Gil's got the tire that day, the other store needed a day to get the tire. From the phone call to Gil's until I left with a new tire, the service was fabulous. The staff so courteous and helpful. The waiting room was clean and pleasant to sit in. I feel they went out of their way to help me and were genuine about it !
