My last experience with the staff at Gil's was exceptional. I had several issues with my car and was contacted by Jim who explained what was wrong, what they had done to assess the problem and what they would continue to do once a part was ordered and put in the car. I had additional questions when I picked my car up and Mike at the counter was very patient and explained everything in terms that I could understand. I appreciate how well all the staff communicate with customers. Thanks for a job well done.
