My service guy was Matt. I brought my truck in knowing that there was an issue with a leaking oil pan plug, but my vehicle desperately needed an oil change. Matt and his technician were able to change out the oil and come up with a temporary solution to stop the oil leak, to give me time to save for the inevitable expense of replacing the oil pan!
