Gil's has been my shop for about 20years. They have always delivered as promised. Not to say that things always go as planned but when things change(parts not available, get into the job and bigger than expected, etc) they make sure I know what to expect as soon as they know. Their customer service and the communication are better than any I have dealt with, in any service industry, not just auto repair. I look forward to working with them for as long as I own a car/truck.
