At Gil's everyone goes out of their way to help and fix the problem, along with the vehicle. Recently I was in a bind, with my Husband in the hospital and broken car, they not only fixed the vehicle, but gave me a loaner to go back and forth to the hospital to be with my Husband, So very much appreciated, and he is now home and on the mend. I've been a Gil's Garage customer since 1990. I was at Gil's on 4/2/2025 for a State Inspection( yea, I was a few days over-due!). I asked "Front counter Matt" to check my battery in addition to the brakes/Rotors state inspection requirement as they were the originals for my 2019 Escape. I suspected all needed to be replaced and I would be leaving with a lot less in my wallet! The charge on my battery was low and Matt recommended it be replaced. However, to my surprise... the brakes/rotors were fine! The take-a-way... I can trust Gil's Garage knowing repairs will be done right and only those items that need repairing/replacing really need repairing/replacing!
