How one is treated over the phone and at the front desk makes a difference, and I've always been treated well throughout the process -- from tone, to eye contact to explanations (they know their stuff and are good at this) on through the work performed. That extends to the rare question (once) about a charge: this business handles it all really well and without so much as a hint of friction between themselves and their plainly valued/respected clients.
